Access to 1jj is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Providing false age information results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
All 1jj deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. No currency conversion is applied. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days subject to verification.
All bonuses and promotional credits at 1jj are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated explicitly on each promotion page.
Each individual may hold only one 1jj account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances or winnings held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture at 1jj's sole discretion without prior notice.

1 Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1jj ("1jj", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://1jj.lat and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API endpoints.
1jj is operated under an international gaming license issued by a recognized regulatory authority. The license imposes operational standards on 1jj including requirements related to game fairness, player fund protection, responsible gaming, and anti-money laundering compliance. These Terms reflect and give effect to those regulatory obligations.
These Terms apply to all users of the 1jj platform regardless of the device, network, or method used to access it. 2 Eligibility and Age Verification
To register and use a 1jj account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold 1jj accounts.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other account restriction imposed by 1jj or any other licensed gaming operator.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 1jj, its technology providers, or any entity involved in operating the games offered on the platform.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
Age verification is a mandatory component of the 1jj withdrawal process. Before any withdrawal is approved, you will be required to submit identity documentation confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current Pakistani passport. No withdrawal will be processed until age verification is complete and confirmed.
1jj reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, not only at the point of first withdrawal. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts suspended pending receipt of the required materials.
3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 — Registration
You may register one 1jj account per person. Each account must be registered in the account holder's own true legal name and must be associated with a unique, valid Pakistani mobile number and email address. Accounts registered with false names, fictitious identities, or details belonging to another person will be closed without notice.
3.2 — Duplicate Accounts
Only one active account is permitted per individual. 1jj monitors for duplicate registrations using a combination of device fingerprinting, mobile number matching, payment method cross-referencing, and IP address analysis. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. The decision on which account to retain, if any, rests solely with 1jj.
3.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1jj login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 1jj support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 — Account Verification
1jj may require you to complete identity, address, and source-of-funds verification at any point during your account lifecycle. This is a regulatory requirement under our international gaming license. Verification requests will be communicated via the registered email address on your account. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until the process is completed.
3.5 — Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. 1jj will notify you via your registered email address before a dormancy fee is applied. Where a dormant account carries a positive balance, an administrative fee may be deducted on a monthly basis as specified in the current fee schedule. Dormant account fees will not reduce your balance below zero.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 1jj are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jj does not apply currency conversion charges and does not accept foreign currency deposits. 4.1 — Deposit Integrity
All deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where payment is made from an account or wallet belonging to someone other than the registered 1jj account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 — Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, wagering requirement satisfaction on any active bonus funds, and compliance with 1jj's anti-money laundering procedures. 1jj reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before approving large withdrawals. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method other than the method used to fund the account except where 1jj determines this is necessary for operational or compliance reasons.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
1jj offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all 1jj promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- Bonuses are available to verified accounts that are in good standing. Accounts that are under review, suspended, or subject to a responsible gaming restriction are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state that multiple claims are permitted.
- All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier and any game contribution weightings applicable to a specific bonus are stated on the promotion page. Standard bonus wagering requirements at 1jj range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
- Time limits apply to all bonus offers. Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without replacement.
- 1jj reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where the platform determines, in its reasonable assessment, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a system error, or in violation of these Terms.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable promotion's terms.
- Promotional offers are subject to change, suspension, or withdrawal at any time. 1jj will endeavor to notify active players of significant changes via the registered email address.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 — Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 1jj platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed by the system — due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or odds changes — are not valid and will not be settled. 1jj accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to network failures on the player's end.
6.2 — Odds and Pricing
Odds offered by 1jj on sports markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sporting events — are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds recorded at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to settlement of that bet. 1jj applies no retrospective odds adjustments to confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
6.3 — Manifest Errors
Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly and obviously erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error, a system fault, or a human pricing error resulting in odds that no reasonable operator would offer — 1jj reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. This right applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the player at the time of bet placement.
6.4 — Game Results and RNG
All casino game outcomes on 1jj are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game implements under the supervision of professionally trained dealers. The RNG systems used on 1jj are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game results are final once recorded by the platform.
6.5 — Disputes
In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded on 1jj's servers, the server-recorded result is definitive. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with the support team within seven calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of incorrectly paid winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other dishonest means to fund or operate a 1jj account.
- Money laundering: Using the 1jj platform to process, conceal, or legitimize proceeds derived from criminal activity. 1jj is required under its licensing conditions to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using automated scripts, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across multiple accounts or platforms in a systematic manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, exploiting pricing inefficiencies rather than engaging in genuine sporting speculation.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise conduct platform activity that would otherwise require manual human input.
- Unauthorized third-party access: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or manage your 1jj account on your behalf, whether for payment or otherwise.
- System interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the 1jj platform, its software, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Underage access: Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21, or assisting another person under 21 to access the platform.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the 1jj platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, color schemes, typography, game mechanics, promotional materials, and all text — is the intellectual property of 1jj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1jj platform for your personal recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 1jj content without the prior written consent of 1jj.
The 1jj name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 1jj. Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, marketing materials, or any other context — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the 1jj platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond 1jj's reasonable control.
- Any delays in the transmission of payment instructions between 1jj and your financial institution or mobile wallet provider.
- Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from unauthorized access to your account that results from your own negligence.
- Any decisions made by you based on information, odds, or data displayed on the 1jj platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate or subject to correction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 1jj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where 1jj's liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, 1jj's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your 1jj account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10 Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 — Termination by 1jj
1jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, is engaging in prohibited conduct, is subject to a legal order requiring account closure, or where continued account operation would create regulatory risk for the platform. Where suspension or closure is not related to a breach by the player, any positive account balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method subject to verification requirements.
10.2 — Termination by Player
You may close your 1jj account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Account closure will be processed within five business days of the request. Any positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and wagering obligations on active bonus funds.
10.3 — Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your license to access the 1jj platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including but not limited to the intellectual property clause, the limitation of liability clause, and the governing law clause — shall remain in full force and effect.
11 Responsible Gaming Obligations
1jj is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. As a condition of holding an international gaming license, 1jj is required to implement and maintain a comprehensive responsible gaming framework. The following provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on both 1jj and you as a player.
- The 21+ age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. No exceptions are made regardless of any other circumstance.
- All players have the right to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits on their accounts. These tools are accessible from within the account settings panel at any time.
- Cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 30 days may be self-applied by players at any time. During a cooling-off period, all betting and gaming activity on the account is suspended.
- Permanent self-exclusion is available to any player who requests it. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period.
- 1jj will not send promotional or bonus-related communications to any player who has activated responsible gaming restrictions or who has made a self-exclusion request.
- 1jj provides referral information to gambling support organizations in Pakistan and internationally for players who request assistance with problem gambling.
12 Amendments to These Terms
1jj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made for various reasons including regulatory updates, changes to the platform's game or product offering, new payment method integrations, or updates to our responsible gaming obligations.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 1jj will notify you via your registered email address not less than seven calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, and updates required for immediate regulatory compliance, may be made without advance notice.
The version of the Terms currently displayed on the 1jj website at https://1jj.lat /terms-conditions is the version that governs your use of the platform. Your continued use of 1jj following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 10.2 above.
13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jj's international gaming license is issued.
To the extent that any dispute between you and 1jj cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation, the parties agree that such disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals designated by the applicable regulatory framework under 1jj's gaming license.
Nothing in this clause prevents 1jj from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, platform integrity, or the security of player funds.
If you are accessing 1jj from Pakistan, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and that you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the platform is consistent with the laws applicable to you in your location. 1jj makes no representation that the platform is legal, appropriate, or available in every jurisdiction.
